CBT is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence for the treatment of Generalised Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Depression, Panic disorder, OCD, PTSD and other psychological conditions.
I also use aspects of the person-centred therapeutic approach.
I offer the option of Online Consultations to deliver Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to patients through written or video conversation online which allows flexibility with appointment times and saves you travel time.
Appointments last 60 minutes and cost £65.
