AT Tay Therapy, I offer Cognitive behaviour therapy(CBT), counselling and psychotherapy to adults over the age of 18 years and begin with an assessment and establishment of treatment goals by you, followed by use of evidence-based approaches. CBT highlights thoughts, beliefs and behaviours that may be preventing you from achieving your goals. We work together to reach jointly agreed set tasks for you to work on during and between therapy sessions. CBT is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence for the treatment of anxiety, depression, panic disorder and OCD. I use aspects of the person-centred therapeutic approach. Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £65. In addition to weekday sessions between 9am and 5pm, some early morning (7.30 am) and evening sessions (6pm) are available.
