Tay Therapy offers Cognitive behaviour therapy(CBT), Counselling and Psychotherapy to Adults and these are delivered face-to-face, Online or via Telephone consultations.
CBT highlights thoughts, beliefs and behaviours that may be preventing you from achieving your goals and it is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) for the treatment of Generalised Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Depression, Panic disorder, OCD, PTSD and other psychological conditions.
I do not offer a crisis service however if you are currently distressed and need help sooner, options are to contact your own doctor or telephone NHS 24 on 111 (calls are free) or in an emergency call 999.
